Planning Fees
STANDARD ITINERARIES
Standard Itineraries include pre-booked accommodations and ideas for activities in the location(s) you will be visiting based on your specific budget, interests, and needs. This will also include suggestions for stops along your travel routes for longer trips. Starting prices are for primitive or water only campsites and will vary based on your preferred accommodations.
Day trip/one night adventures | starting at $60
Weekend getaways (2 nights) | starting at $100
One week (6 nights, 7 days) | starting at $250
Two weeks or more (13 nights, 14 days) | starting at $450
Add on extra days | $35 per day
STANDARD ITINERARY + DETAILED DAILY AGENDAS
Detailed Daily Agendas | additional $20 per day
In addition to your standard itinerary, I will provide detailed agendas for each day of travel to provide more structure and time management to the trip. This includes suggested departure times, travel times, and detailed hike information. I recommend this for those that need or prefer a more organized approach for their vacations (like myself)! In addition, for those that select this add-on, I will make your reservations for activities + restaurants for you.
If you feel like you need something in between these options, let me know and we can work something out. My goal is to help you have the best experience possible while exploring the outdoors and the world around us!
Payment is required up front for all services. You must provide your own vehicle and equipment. Airfare planning is not currently offered, but I can plan your adventure from landing to take off once you arrive.
Life happens and if something comes up and you need to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% covering my cost and any cancellation fees. Alternatively, we can reschedule your getaway for a small fee (if availability allows).
